What shipping methods are available?
We use express shipping. Your order will be shipped within 1 business day after order by the postal service.
Shipping usually takes about 2-5 business days to be delivered to most European countries; and approximately no more than 15 business days (depending on its actual location), to be delivered to US; Canada, Australia and other countries.

Please note we're not responsible for some delays in shipping that might occur during Holiday season or some other force major situation.

We use secure third party payment system bePaid where you can pay with a credit card.
You can make the payment on our site securely. We do not hold any card information.

Can I return an Item/Items?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
According to Consumer Rights Protection Act the consumer has the right to return the product of good quality or exchange it for a similar product of a different size, shape, dimension, style, color or configuration, if price difference required recalculation with the seller, within fourteen days from the date of transfer.

The consumer's demand for the exchange or return of the goods is subject to satisfaction if the goods were not in use, their consumer properties were preserved and there is evidence of their purchase from this seller. In case of exchange or return of goods, the consumer is obliged to return the goods in consumer packaging, if the goods were sold in such packaging.

Refunds are made to the card the payment was previously made. The term of receipt of funds on the card is from 1 to 30 days from the date of the return by the seller.
Please e-mail us with your order number and description of the problem and we will guide you through our simple return process. We'll exchange them at no further cost to you or refund in full including your original shipping cost.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Yes, you don't need to pay extra money for engraving.
