Refund Policy

We offer a 1-Year Easy Return, which means you have 365 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, with all original packaging and labels. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at care@bizitoys.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. You will also be asked to provide a return tracking number.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund upon request. Once the package is shipped, you’ll need to go through the return process after receiving it.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the situation and offer a suitable solution — whether it’s a replacement, exchange, or refund.


Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order.
If you received a defective or damaged item and prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know — we’ll take care of it.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at care@bizitoys.com.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing may take time)

  • If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us


Shipping Costs

Return shipping is not covered by BiziToys. If you return an item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to our warehouse. We do not issue prepaid return labels.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item is over $50, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.


Undeliverable Packages (Due to Customer Error)

If a package cannot be delivered because of incorrect information provided at checkout (e.g., wrong address), we can resend it once the shipping cost for replacement is covered by you.

Undelivered Packages (Customer Unavailable at Delivery)

If a package is returned to us due to the customer being unavailable at the time of delivery or failing to coordinate with the courier, we will notify the customer by email.

In such cases, we offer two options:

  1. Reshipping the package – the customer will be responsible for covering the new shipping cost.

  2. Refunding the order – the original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from the refund.

If the order qualified for free shipping, a standard shipping fee will be deducted to cover the return shipping cost.

Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.


Tracking Shows “Delivered,” But You Didn’t Receive the Item?

In such cases, we rely on the courier’s tracking data. Please contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number to investigate. We’re happy to assist, but cannot issue refunds based solely on customer claims if tracking says "delivered".


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In line with EU regulations, customers in the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
